On November 15–16,the 2025 Yantai Primary and Secondary School Artificial Intelligence Innovation Design Competition was held at our school.The competition,organized by the Yantai Municipal Education Bureau,was co-hosted by our school,the Yantai Educational Equipment and Technology Research Center,and other units.The two-day event attracted over 5,000 primary and secondary school students from across the city.This marks the third time our school has hosted such a competition,following its previous hosting in 2024.
The competition featured two main categories:Creative Programming and Artificial Intelligence,covering areas such as graphical creative programming(Kitten),open-source graphical creative programming,Python creative programming,C++programming,Arduino,Micro:bit,and 3D design.The events took place at our school’s gymnasium and training center,utilizing over 600 computers from the school’s computer labs.
The competition projects were diverse and impressive,showcasing the innovative capabilities and practical skills of Yantai’s primary and secondary school students in the fields of information technology and artificial intelligence.Participants gave their all in their respective categories,demonstrating exceptional creativity and problem-solving abilities through their wisdom and hard work.Throughout the competition,our school provided comprehensive services and support to ensure the smooth execution of the event.
