From November 10th to 15th,the"2025 Overseas Enterprise Localized Team Leader Comprehensive Management Skills Training Program,"hosted by the Nonferrous Metals Industry Talent Center and organized by our university,successfully concluded its six-day intensive instruction sessions.The training was delivered by the faculty team of the Modern Logistics Management program from the School of Economics and Management.The curriculum was systematically designed and comprehensive,with a strong emphasis on practical application,aiming to strengthen participants'foundational management theories and empower frontline management practices overseas.
The training content systematically covered key dimensions of team comprehensive management.Following the opening ceremony,the courses began with"Fundamentals of On-site Management,"providing in-depth explanations on process optimization for the five core elements:"Man,Machine,Material,Method,and Environment."Through"On-site Visual Management,"trainees learned visualization techniques such as kanban design and signage standards.During the"On-site Standardization Maintenance and Improvement"course,participants discussed standardization solutions for scenarios like shift handovers and equipment maintenance.The"Team Safety Education and Training Practices"course focused on practical skills such as pre-shift safety briefings and risk identification.The"Total Quality Management"course reinforced awareness of quality across all levels and the application of control tools.The program concluded with the"Digital On-site Management"course,introducing modern approaches like data analysis and intelligent monitoring.The training culminated in a closing ceremony,where all participants were awarded certificates of completion.
To ensure training effectiveness,all course materials were provided in both Chinese and French,accompanied by professional interpretation.Interactive formats such as case studies and group discussions were comprehensively utilized to ensure participants gained a deep understanding and could apply their learning effectively.
This training program effectively enhanced the on-site management,safety control,quality management,and digital application capabilities of overseas localized team leaders.It provided robust support for overseas enterprises in optimizing team operations and improving production efficiency,while also establishing a bridge for the exchange of management experiences between Chinese and international enterprises.
