Recently, the opening ceremony of advanced training course for team leaders of the north mining and congo (Democratic Republic of Congo) Project, jointly organized by Shandong Business Institute and Northern Mining Co., Ltd., was successfully held in Shandong Business Institute.
Mr. Wang Faming, the president of Shandong Business Institute, extended a warm welcome to the leaders of Northern Mining Co., Ltd. and more than ten team leaders from the Congo , and briefly introduced the basic situation of the school and its achievements in the implementation of international education strategies and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries in recent years. Xu Jingyuan, Assistant to the General Manager of Northern Mining Co., Ltd, thanks the school for its long-term strong support and meticulous arrangements for this training course. He stated that Shandong Business Institute and Northern Mining Co., Ltd. have a deep foundation of cooperation. In the future, the two sides will continue to work together to explore more new models of "going out" development, and build a broad platform for cultural exchange between China and Congo.
It is reported that since Shandong Business Institute and Northern Mining Co., Ltd. led the construction of the Congo Overseas Vocational College in 2021, they have successfully completed training tasks for local employees of Lamika Co., Ltd. in four major job types, six themes, and more than 500 people. Shandong Business institute has been approved by center for language education and cooperation to build the "Chinese Workshop" project. In July, excellent teachers were selected to go to the "Chinese Workshop" in Congo and assist local workers in learning Chinese and vocational skills. Next, Shandong Business Institute will select more "Chinese+Vocational Skills" teachers to teach overseas, develop characteristic training materials and courses, cultivate a group of skilled, fluent Chinese, and lay a solid foundation for technology development and talent cultivation in the manufacturing industry of China and Congo.
