Recently, the "Chinese Workshop" project jointly declared by our school and Larmica Co.,Ltd. The establishment of the Chinese Workshop marks the substantive construction stage of our overseas vocational college in DRC, which is a milestone achievement for our school to actively promote overseas education and build a world-class vocational college.
In order to further consolidate and improve the construction results, and effectively solve the problem of talent dilemma that restricts the current development of the enterprise, in December 2021, with the assistance of the Non-ferrous Metals Industry Talent Center, our school carried out the application and preparation of the Chinese workshop. We hope that with the platform of Chinese workshop, we can continue to expand and deepen the training of Chinese language, Chinese traditional culture and professional technology for local employees, explore the international development road of integrating Chinese education and vocational education, train a group of local high-quality composite skilled personnel who are fluent in language, integrated with culture and proficient in skills for the enterprise. The establishment of the "Chinese Workshop of DRC Lamica Co., Ltd" is an inevitable requirement for the international development of our school, the enhancement of service capacity and the promotion of high-quality development. It is also an important grip for the construction of our overseas vocational college in DRC.
