In order to promote student employment, the school of Food Science and Technology held a COFCO campus lecture in our school. The lecture invited Mr. Li Shaojie, manager of COFCO Weifang Branch and also an alumnus of our school to make a lecture for students.
Mr. Li Shaojie introduced the COFCO from the enterprise culture, core values of the enterprise, job requirements and employment standards of the enterprise, talent personnel and other aspects, helping students determine their future career plans, and driving the on-site atmosphere of the promotion activity with rich cases, humorous language and good interaction.
In the interactive link, the students interacted with their interested posts, the talent quality required by the enterprise, the enterprise’s development platform and opportunities. Mr. Li Shaojie earnestly answered the questions for students. He hoped that the students can find the value of self-fulfillment and goals, and strive for it.
This purpose of this promotion activity is to let the college students understand the industry’ s talent development demand, the enterprise development prospect and college students’ personnel development plan, and widen the employment channel and build up the platform of the employment and enterprise for students.
