To deeply explore the core connotations of campus culture and effectively enhance the understanding and identification of teachers and students with the university's development history and the grain industry culture, from December 2025 to January 2026, the Cultural Tourism College formally established an interpretation team for the Grain Museum and the University History Museum. The team was organized and guided by three teachers from the Tourism Management Teaching and Research Office: Anna, Xu Tengfei, and Li Huijing. They systematically carried out professional and standardized training and volunteer services, successively undertaking seven external reception tasks, thereby laying a solid foundation for the regular opening of the two museums and the widespread dissemination of campus culture and the grain spirit.
The Grain Museum and the University History Museum at our university are important cultural bastions that carry the university's historical heritage and highlight the characteristics of the grain industry. Since their completion in October 2025, the two museums have served as significant windows for the university to showcase its educational achievements externally and to disseminate campus culture and the grain spirit. They have also provided teachers and students with a learning platform and cultural bridge to understand the university's history and current situation, appreciate industry development, and connect the campus with society. Under the meticulous organization of the Tourism Management faculty, the interpretation team strictly adhered to the professional selection criteria for "cultural and museum docents," selecting outstanding members from numerous student applicants based on their strong language expression skills, high sense of responsibility, and passion for campus and grain culture. During the preparatory phase, the teachers and students of the interpretation team repeatedly visited the two museums to familiarize themselves with the exhibition layouts and conducted multiple rounds of revisions and refinements to the interpretation scripts, ensuring that the content was both historically accurate and emotionally compelling.
As the training deepened and with the continuous, careful guidance of the three teachers, the interpretation team has officially taken on the daily reception and thematic interpretation tasks for the two museums. Since December, the interpretation team has received more than 400 visitors from important groups, including Boyuan Technology, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Vice President of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University in Thailand, Shandong Huarui Group, members of the Marine Cultural Tourism Community, retired veteran cadres, and the Zaozhuang Grain and Material Reserves Center. Facing various visiting groups from both inside and outside the university, the team members, uniformly dressed and fully engaged, won unanimous praise from visitors with their fluent and professional explanations and warm, appropriate interactions. Each successful reception vividly conveyed the university's educational characteristics, educational philosophy, and profound industry heritage, while also effectively enhancing the soft power of campus culture.
The interpretation team of the Cultural Tourism College has built a comprehensive practical growth platform for students. Through their youthful voices and professional expertise, the team members have provided solid support for the university in consolidating cultural consensus, shaping a positive image, and expanding its industry influence. At the same time, they have injected a continuous flow of cultural momentum and spiritual nourishment into the university's high-quality development. In the future, the interpretation team will continue to strive for deeper content and innovative formats, persistently optimizing the quality of interpretation services and working to build itself into a pioneering team for campus cultural dissemination that is highly professional, of excellent quality, and outstanding in service.
