    Our University Concludes the 2025 "China Copper Cup" Comprehensive Management Skills Training Program for Localized Frontline Supervisors of Overseas Enterprises

    On October 18, the university held the closing ceremony for the 2025 "China Copper Cup" Comprehensive Management Skills Training Class for Localized Frontline Supervisors of Overseas Enterprises. Participants from Aluminum Corporation of China Limited Guinea Co., Ltd. and Chinalco Peru Minerals S.A. successfully completed the trainingreturned with a wealth of learning outcomes and were about to embark on their return journeys.

    At the closing ceremony, leaders from the College of Architectural Engineering commended the participants for their diligent study and expressed hopes that they would translate the knowledge, experiences, and insights gained during their time in China into a powerful driving force for their companies' development, achieving further successes in their respective roles. Participant representatives sincerely expressed their gratitude to the university for the meticulous organization and the teachers for their dedicated instruction. They emotionally stated, "The gains from this training far exceeded our expectations. Next time we come to China, we will definitely communicate with everyone in fluent Chinese! We will strive diligently using the knowledge we have acquired and work hard to contribute to our companies' vigorous development."

    To conclude the ceremony, Wang Shaoyan, Secretary of the Party General Branch of the College of Architectural Engineering, and Liu Jingguang, Dean of the International Education College, presented the participants with completion certificates and thoughtfully prepared souvenirs. Participants and faculty took group photos to capture the memories of this valuable fellowship.

    Frontline supervisors are the cornerstone of enterprise management, and enhancing their comprehensive abilities is crucial for the high-quality development of overseas enterprises. This "China Copper Cup" training program not only provided a high-level learning and competition platform for overseas frontline supervisors but also represented a concrete practice of deepening international cooperation and promoting people-to-people bonds under the Belt and Road framework. The successful execution of the project effectively facilitated the exchange and integration of Chinese and foreign management experience, achieving a win-win situation for the university, enterprises, and participants, thereby contributing the wisdom and strength of "Chinese Vocational Education" to promoting collaborative development within the international mining sector. The university will continue to uphold the philosophy of "openness, inclusiveness, cooperation, and mutual benefit" to promote more international exchange programs and contribute to cultivating high-quality talents with a global perspective.
