On July 6,our school's Grain,Oil and Food Digital Operations Professional Group held the second session of the China-Russia-Korea themed workshop.This event specially invited external experts with rich international education experience to visit our school for exchanges,and conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the development direction of the professional group,optimization of talent cultivation models,and legal training for international activities.Liu Jingguang,Dean of the School of International Education,and Li Wenye,Vice Dean,along with leaders in charge from various secondary colleges,relevant project leaders,and staff members attended the meeting.Liu Jingguang extended a warm welcome to the experts and,in light of the professional group's"Double High-Level Plan"construction progress,introduced the overall layout and strategic vision of the Grain,Oil and Food Digital Operations Professional Group in aligning with the digital transformation of regional grain and oil circulation and deepening China-Russia-Korea international cooperation.
Combining current global industrial changes and regional economic development needs,the experts systematically analyzed the application prospects of the digital operations field in the grain and oil industry and put forward targeted suggestions for the professional group's existing curriculum system,practical components,and student capacity development directions.The experts pointed out that,against the backdrop of changes in the student source structure and industry upgrades,the professional group should actively seize opportunities,focus on professional directions with strong social demand,broad employment prospects,and great entrepreneurial and innovative potential,and concentrate resources to build distinctive brands.At the same time,close attention should be paid to the layout trends of similar institutions in the province,and a differentiated development path should be pursued to avoid simple duplication,thereby forming our school's unique competitive advantage.
This event specially set up a special training session on foreign-related legal affairs,aiming to strengthen compliance awareness and risk prevention and control capabilities in international cooperation and exchanges.The training systematically sorted out the main laws and regulations involved in foreign-related activities and potential risk points,and conducted in-depth analysis and scenario simulations on key practical matters such as the careful drafting of contract terms and the standardized operation of management processes.The experts emphasized that when selecting international partners,one must go beyond mere reputation and pay more attention to cooperation sincerity,teaching quality,and the foundation of on-site mutual visits.Priority should be given to partners who can send representatives for face-to-face meetings or on-site inspections at the school,so as to effectively verify the true qualifications of partners and solidify the bottom line of cooperation security.Through this training,the participants gained a clearer and more systematic understanding and grasp of the use of legal risk identification and response tools.
