Recently, international students of the 2023 cohort from the School of Economics and Management at our university officially joined Yantai Baina Group, a university-industry cooperative partner, to begin their internship journey. This internship is a key initiative by the school to deepen the integration of industry and education and to promote collaborative talent cultivation between the university and enterprise. It aims to enhance international students' professional practical skills and cross-cultural workplace competitiveness through real-world work experience, while simultaneously establishing a strong safety assurance system to ensure both the quality of talent development and the protection of student rights.
