Recently, Shandong Provincial Department of Education issued the "Notice on Announcing the Vocational Education and Teaching Innovation Teams in Shandong Province in 2023". This year, a total of 166 teaching innovation teams from higher vocational colleges were approved. Among them, the three teams from our school, namely the E-commerce Teacher Teaching Innovation Team, the Big Data and Accounting Teacher Teaching Innovation Team, and the Advertising Art Design Teacher Teaching Innovation Team, were all recognized as the Vocational Education and Teaching Innovation Teams in Shandong Province in 2023.
Our school has always adhered to the strategy of strengthening the school with talents and implemented the clustered development project for teacher teams, aiming to build high-level "double-qualified" teacher teams. Currently, our school has established eight school-level teaching innovation teams, six provincial-level teaching innovation teams, two provincial-level Huang Danian-style teacher teams in colleges and universities, and one national-level teacher innovation team, which has overall improved the construction level of our school's "double-qualified" teacher team.
In the future, our school will further deepen the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, continuously innovate the professional education and teaching models, deepen the reform of teachers, teaching materials, and teaching methods, and continuously improve the team's teaching innovation, talent cultivation, and social service capabilities.
