Recently, Shandong Business Institute held the Research Seminar on Major Topics of Vocational Education. Zhang Yunsheng, vice president of Shandong Business Institute, part-time researchers and heads of relevant departments attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the head of the Scientific Research Planning Office.
On the basis of affirming the preliminary work of the Institute of higher vocational education, Mr. Zhang Yunsheng pointed out that the Institute of higher vocational education should focus on the functional positioning of information center, interpretation of national and provincial vocational education policies and research on major issues, launch a number of high-quality research results, strive to build a regional first-class vocational education research center. He put forward four requirements: first, strengthen learning, broaden vision and update knowledge, continuously improve the research capability; Second, carry out research in combination with actual work conditions, innovate paradigms and methods, constantly broaden the breadth and depth of research; Third, change management concepts, effectively mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of researchers; Fourth, build a platform for researchers to exchange academic ideas, realize ideological collision and share intellectual achievements by establishing a regular research and study system. At the meeting, the Institute of Higher Vocational Education reported the main work and existing problems in 2021, and put forward the main research topics and directions in 2022.
