The school of art and design responds positively to the call of schools and strictly implements epidemic prevention requirements. In order to alleviate the psychological discomfort caused by the closure of the school, the school organized a number of activities to enrich their after-school life according to students' professional characteristics.
With the theme of Beijing Winter Olympic Games, the school organized and carried out the painting activity of "Winter Olympic Story in My Eyes". In the early stage, the school encouraged students to actively watch the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, collect materials and look for creative inspiration. After returning to school, students painted the touching Winter Olympic stories in their eyes with paintbrushes. The students who participated in the activity said: "these works are made of natural materials, we turn waste into treasure and basically do not spend money. By participating in such activities, I have a new understanding of low-carbon life."
This activity is also an important part of the Lei Feng Month activity. Through turning waste into treasure, young people will further understand the significance of diligence and thrift and carry forward the Lei Feng Spirit with practical actions.
