The Fifth Exhibition Activity of Chinese Traditional Culture of Shandong Business Institute was held on Central Avenue. Mr. Tao Chuanwei and Mr. Zhang Yunsheng, vice presidents of SDBI, attended the activity.
There are more than 50 stalls in this traditional culture exhibition, including Paper-Cut, Facial makeup, Jiaodong Huabobo, Papermaking, Shandong Embroidery, Calligraphy, Tai Chi, Tie Dyeing, Printing, Shaolin Kung Fu, Tea Art, Han Chinese Clothing and so on. Shandong Embroidery is one of “eight famous emnroideries” in China. Our school has built a Shandong Embroidery Inheritance Base of Chinese Traditional Culture. Yantai Paper Cutting is famous at home and abroad. Our school has built Mrs. Zhu Manhua Paper Cutting Inheritance Base and Mrs. Han Yuehu Paper Cutting Studio.
Since the launch of our traditional culture festival in September, our school has held a series of activities, such as hard-pen calligraphy competition, collection of works of loving my hometown, collection of works of Chongyang Family Letters, lectures on traditional culture, exhibitions of patriotic films and so on. The whole exhibition displayed excellent Chinese traditional culture, made teachers and students feel the charm of traditional culture, strengthen their cultural self-confidence and enhance their patriotism and national feelings.
