On February 12,in order to further deepen the integration of industry and education and promote the high-quality development of the"Chinese Language Workshop"project,the International Education College held an online special meeting with La Ramika Corporation(Democratic Republic of Congo).Representatives from both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on matters such as the advancement of the"Chinese Language Workshop"cooperation and the training of local employees.The meeting revolved around summarizing training results,constructing a training center,enhancing the skills of local employees,and expanding international cooperation,clarifying the key areas of focus for the next phase of work.
Focusing on"Chinese+Skills"to Deepen Training Outcomes.Since our teacher Gao Yana arrived at Ramika Corporation,during her six-month overseas assignment,she systematically carried out basic Chinese language training,HSK special training,low-voltage electrician training,and mechanical repair training,following the"Chinese+Vocational Skills"model.All trainings progressed in an orderly manner and achieved phased results.
According to the plans of both sides,after Teacher Gao Yana returns to China,the university will select a new teacher to be dispatched to the site in March to ensure that training continuity and cooperation are maintained.In the next phase,Chinese language training will focus on improving the language proficiency of current trainees,striving to achieve breakthroughs at HSK Level 3 and Level 4.A systematic semester teaching plan will be formulated in advance,combining online and offline methods to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of learning.
Promoting the Construction of the Training Center and Establishing a Standardized System.The meeting proposed building upon the existing foundation to advance the construction of the training center,integrating a vocational skill grading system,and establishing graded training resources to form a standardized and sustainable training model.
Both sides will also actively engage with vocational training authorities in the Democratic Republic of Congo to explore pathways for local qualification certification,striving to obtain nationally recognized training and certification qualifications,thereby institutionalizing and standardizing training outcomes.Simultaneously,addressing the actual needs of mining enterprises,the two sides will jointly develop bilingual(Chinese-French)training resources for core occupations such as electricians and mechanics,gradually incorporating them into the training center's curriculum system to provide systematic teaching support for local talent cultivation.
Deepening Brand Building and Painting a Blueprint for Common Development.During the meeting,Ramika Corporation highly commended Teacher Gao Yana's performance during her overseas assignment,fully affirming her dedication,professional competence,and excellent integration.Both sides agreed to use the"Chinese Language Workshop"as an important platform to continuously deepen the"Chinese+Skills"brand building,promote the effective establishment of the training center,and construct a more comprehensive localized training system.
