From June 26 to 27, the Third Member Conference of the Luban Workshop Construction Alliance and the Inaugural Council Transition Meeting, jointly organized by the Chinese Education Association for International Exchange and the Luban Workshop Construction Alliance and hosted by Tianjin Vocational Institute, were held in Tianjin. Leaders including Peng Binbo, Director of the Department of Vocational and Adult Education of the Ministry of Education, and Liu Limin, President of the Chinese Education Association for International Exchange, attended and delivered speeches. Liu Pufang, Director of the Comprehensive Reform Office of the Department of Vocational and Adult Education of the Ministry of Education, presented a thematic report.
The meeting reviewed and approved the list of the second council of the Luban Workshop Construction Alliance and the "Revised Working Methods of the Luban Workshop Construction Alliance," while also endorsing the list of newly approved member institutions. Our university is honored to be selected for membership. This successful inclusion creates new opportunities for in-depth collaboration between our university and domestic and international institutions as well as enterprises.
Taking this membership as an opportunity, our university will fully leverage its disciplinary strengths, partner with Chinese enterprises and Central Asian universities to jointly establish Luban Workshops, and actively explore a new model of international education characterized by "education following industrial output and school-enterprise collaboration." We are committed to serving the Belt and Road Initiative and the building of a global community with a shared future for mankind.
