Recently, Yantai Spring Recruitment Activity Launching Ceremony and Yantai College Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Workstation Awarding Ceremony were held in the stadium of Ludong University. Ms. Fan Cairong, the Director of School-Enterprise Cooperation and Employment Office, was invited to participate in this event and accepted the plaque of "Yantai College Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Workstation" issued by Yantai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
In July 2022, our school was selected as one of the first batch of pilot institutions of Yantai City for college students' employment and entrepreneurship workstations. Relying on the construction of this workstation, our school has taken many measures to promote Employment Work by all means. The first is to strengthen the employment priority strategy and implement the project of "The First in Command"; the second is to strengthen the cooperation and exchange between the school, enterprises and localities, and make every effort to "stabilize employment"; the third is to improve the employment guidance service system and integrate it into the whole process of education; the fourth is to innovate the working mode and provide "precision" services. The fifth is to strengthen employment guidance and develop resources to promote employment; the sixth is to strengthen employment publicity and carry out employment safety education; the seventh is to strengthen employment work protection and optimize employment services, gradually forming a good working pattern of internal and external linkage.
