On the morning of September 2, over 40 members of the “China Copper Cup”Overseas Enterprise Branch Manager Comprehensive Management Skills Competition Training Program, led by teachers from the College of Grain and Oil Food of our university, visited Zhongke Aiwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd., one of our partner enterprises. The purpose of this visit was to strengthen university-enterprise cooperation and promote international exchange and learning.
Zhongke Aiwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is dedicated to research and development in the fields of probiotics, new marine food products, and special medical formula foods. During the visit, participants had the opportunity to observe the company’s research and development laboratories and production workshops. The guide provided a detailed introduction to the company’s business divisions, research and development processes, workshop layout, and production procedures, giving participants a deeper understanding of the R&D and production processes of modern high-end food products.
One notable highlight was the company’s use of advanced equipment, including large-scale fully automated intelligent CNC fermentation production lines, high-speed centrifuges, large freeze-drying machines, and homogenizers. These devices sparked great interest among the participants, leading to in-depth discussions with the guide, thereby broadening their international perspective.
This visit not only enhanced participants’ understanding of Zhongke Aiwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Ltd., but also laid a solid foundation for deeper university-enterprise cooperation. Through close interaction with the enterprise, participants were able to better integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience, thereby improving their comprehensive management skills.
