In order to further improve teachers' information technology ability, lead teachers' professional development with information technology, and vigorously promote the work of education informatization in our school, the Teacher Development Center took the lead in organizing a 5-day training on the topic of improving information technology teaching ability. The training consisted of three sections: centralized training for the whole school, training for the teaching faculty and independent learning for teachers. The training was conducted in an online + offline form, with more than 300 participants.
Through this special training on information technology teaching ability enhancement, teachers realized that in the era of information technology, teaching needs to integrate information technology, deeply integrate information technology into classroom teaching, and improve the diversification of teaching forms, teaching methods and teaching content visualization.
